In our holograms, we work with microstructures in the nano range and integrate various security features or hidden elements.
Special equipment and readers for microstructures in holograms are required to recognize and read these structures. We can use the readers to check the holograms and detect forgeries in the hologram.
We have selected and compiled the following readers for you based on their practicality and ease of use.
The digital WLAN handheld microscope for holograms is designed for quick and easy surface examination. The integrated illumination ensures an exact representation of the holographic effects.
Ideally suited to reliably display microstructures in holograms & security labels in a clean image, with 200x magnification, on a smartphone or tablet .
The Multi CLR Reading Device makes the inspection of holograms an objective process and eliminates possible misjudgments. This reading device for checking the hidden features is very easy and convenient to use.
With the Multi CLR Reading Device, multi-level CLR images (CLR Multi) can be read out and visualized. The asymmetrical micro-relief of such elements must be produced with an accuracy of 20 nanometers. Such security features cannot be forged using conventional optical technologies.
The audio authentication pen - also known as the talking pen - can be used to read hidden audio messages from the hologram.
The code embedded in the microstructures in the hologram is recognized by the optical sensor in the pen and the corresponding voice message is played back.
The security feature only works in combination with an individual hologram label and the reader specially programmed for this purpose. No other devices can be used. This makes the feature very effective in its use as a tamper-evident device.
The LED transmitted and reflected illumination, which can be selected depending on the model, ensures optimal exposure of your object. It has very good optical properties, which enable sharp images over a large field of view.

This handy thread counter is ideal for quick inspection of holographic optical security features, the details in the arrangement of the exposure cells, as well as for viewing microlettering up to a size of approx. 50µ and for checking UV features.
